UPDN is governed by a Board of Directors which is composed of the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and two ordinary Board members. The Board Chairman, the Vice Chairman and Treasurer are elected every four years by members of the network in a general assembly. The Board reports to the Annual General Meeting and supervises the secretariat that is headed by The Executive Director and is responsible for day to day running of UPDN activities and programs.
